Little Annoyances

✗ There are a lot of little annoyances that take away from the visit. An indifferent staff at reception for the most part. With one notable exception, not helpful with little things: not willing to change large bills, giving wrong information about room availability, trying to discourage guests from taking an Uber instead of a taxi. The elevators have an annoying habit of passing you by when they are going in the same direction that you are and occasionally even changing directions before they get to you. There are a couple restaurants in the neighborhood, but they tend to be expensive ones. At night, I ended up eating in another hotel twice because of a lack of affordable restaurants within walking distance. The door to the bathroom in my room folded in the middle so that either you had to have only half the door width to get in the bathroom or you could unfold it exposing the door latch which was sharp. I cut my arm on it. So it is difficult for me to recommend this hotel very strongly.

Fabulous

✓ The hotel is very well located in the Boa Viagem section of Recife! The room is very well kept! The breakfast is very well served! This hotel is of great value overall!

✗ I was. not pleased with the performance of the air conditioning in the room!

good price. good location

✓ close too the beach. Good neighborhood. Good staff

✗ old facilities. Light was too poor for working. Breakfast was very weak

You can find better places for the same price.

✓ The location was great. But the property is quite old stylish and there was no great view from our window.

✗ When I arrived at the property at 11pm , I couldn’t check in until 4am in the morning because there was a difference in value accorded with the property by email but not accept at the check in. It was more than 5h waiting for a verification of price. Very disappointed!

Disappointing but okay

✓ Nice view from the room and glass elevators.

✗ It had old furniture. The rooms were not soundproof - I could hear people walking outside and in the neighboring rooms. Also, I heard something weirdly walking on the ceiling, or maybe inside the furniture - which sounded like a small animal, a rat, maybe - can't tell. I had to pay for drinkable water. Water should be there for free as part of the stay.

✓ Friendly stuff

✗ Extremely noisy during night. The external parts of A/C was just outside of my window. Thfere were at least 5 external A/C outside and there were making sooo much noise. You have to be deaf or dead to have a proper sleep.

Comfortable, close to the airport and beach. It's located in a great area. Great price as well.

✓ I stayed just for a few hours. Unfortunately I didn't have time for breakfast. But, it must be excellent.

✗ Everything went well.

✗ The hotel is old, doesn’t has shampoo, the breakfast is bad
