✓ The bedding and bathrooms were clean. The staff was very helpful, since I had issue with corporate credit card.

✓ Facilities and surroundings are cool aircon was effective and cleanliness of rooms and other areas.
✗ The building comes across as cold and heavy with the wooden doors. Somewhat dark passages. Towels are clean but needs replacement. Some carpet vacuuming in the passage where i was staying was not done.
