A wonderful stay with a very friendly host.

✓ This was a wonderful experience. The property was extremely clean and well-furnished and the host was friendly and attentive at all times. The place is situated in the middle of town, so also a very convenient location. Breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a great way to end the stay at the hotel. There are also bikes available at the property to use to bike to local attractions and the host offered to assist us with booking any tickets or tours. Thank you so much, Karla. We would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again in the future.

Location make the difference

✓ The location of the Property is excellent - In the middle of action and walking distance of Restaurants, Supermarket and Tours Agencies. The Staff is the Hotel is super friendly and oriented to service. Terrace has a good area with excellent view to the port.

✓ Rooms and bathrooms were clean modern. The air conditioning made my stay super comfortable and breakfast on the roof was a plus with a nice ocean’s view.

✓ The breakfast was good although it was only served from 7.15am which is very late when doing trips.

✗ I booked 2 double rooms but when I got there I was given 2 rooms with 3 single beds in each of them. They were very small rooms with tiny shower room and no wardrobe. The cost was $194 for the 2 which was not cheap. When we asked why we didn’t get a double bed in each room we were told it wasn’t ordered even though the form clearly stated 2 double rooms. We were made to pay another $22 for a double bed. Not having enough time to argue the point we had to pay. There was a balcony with the more expensive rooms but you looked out on a white brick wall. On the roof terrace where breakfast was served the outlook was over what appeared to be a derelict building with junk just thrown all over the place. The beach was barely visible in all the junk.

Exceptional

✓ Room was clean and spacious, the hotel itself was beautifully decorated and the rooftop was gorgeous. All the staff I met were exceptionally friendly and extremely helpful!
