Cold and clean

Smell smoke all over the room. The location is insdutrial and somewhat not secure in the outside when we arrive but just an impression. The morning staff is not approachble and doesnt smile and give care while talking to cuatomers

I liked the speedy check in, the quite ambient and its clean.

They detain your emirates ID and the bed smells like chlorine. Toilet seat cover is totally loose.

Staff is friendly and 3 times I visit very cleaning and have near restaurants taxi easy to find there

I done my booking 200 but when I go there thy take from me 251 I ask thim and I show my booking email but thy didn't agree then I puy 251

Front office staffs

Holding the passport as deposit. Must mention in their booking requirement. Passport is a very important document only the person or the MEA / embassy have the authority to hold the document for official purpose.

Just going today take than Chack out time say bed sheet have red mark becose I’m take room I’m not chak any think than him ask 95 dh oke I’m give there 100dh kls. Than say ur staffs thanks agine don’t mistake there take room all thinking good I’m really say not good
