The breakfast was great. No problems at all with it. Staff was wonderful, too.

The elevator was out of order but I know these things happen. They were kind enough to take our luggage upstairs so that was a blessing.

Having to walk upstairs three levels due to the elevator being down the two days my husband was there and the one day the remaining five elderly adults stayed.

The location of the hotel and the room itself were both on the good part. The little shop in the lobby is also helpful for not worrying about water or snack.

I stayed for two nights. There was very loud music from the bar next door until 4am on the first night, and I had to wake up around 7.30am the next morning. I requested a wake up call but no one called. Not a good set up. The second night was OK.

Place was clean and quiet and the staff was helpful. Close to everything you need. My stay was short but comfortable.

Wifi was slow and I could not connect to my VPN to get work done

Perfect location right in the city, rooms were clean, staff was helpful.. will definitely book with you guys again.

After dinner I came back to the hotel and I spent an hour that night knocking on the door before security opened. This was scary since I was alone.

Shower water was cool the internet was very very poor and my door was not safe covid and still no dinner come on no food on Sunday when all the restaurants are closed

Breakfast was personalised to each guest. Upon check-in, we were shown a list of all available options and asked to make our selections so that the kitchen staff would be able to plan for the cooking of exactly what we wanted. They start very early in the morning and offer a quite wide range of options, and a wide range of available times, including the option of room-service. I very much appreciated the offer to assist me with my luggage since there was no elevator and my room was on the highest floor of the five-level building. I do not mind walking up and down stairs, good exercise, but having to do this with lots of luggage can be dangerous and tiring. I got prompt help both on arrival and on departure. The internet-service was free and the quality in my room was excellent. The room was clean, very spacious, and had complimentary kettle, teas, coffee, and mini refrigerator, as well as a large television screen with multiple available free channels. There was also a spacious balcony with table and chairs. The access to and from the airport was very good.

The external sounds and lights from being downtown can be quite noticeable at times. Some guests on my floor also played music quite loudly for a while during the evening.
