✗ The wifi didn't work for my whole stay (3 days), nobody vacuumed the apartment for three days. It's a pity. Beautiful place, beautiful spaces, but only the price was luxurious.

Wonderful stay in Bordeaux!
✓ Great location very close to the train station - yet far enough away to be calm and quiet - and close to the tram and walkable to major attractions. Great room with a super comfortable room, shower, and sitting area on two floors.

✓ Location is quite good, 2 minutes walk from train station and main metro lines, very convinent to travel around in city.
✗ I booked for two nights in the hotel, and the room was not cleaned when I leave room after first night. I have not seen any hotel don't do room clean before, so this is a bit of uncomfortable. Also there is no cattle in the room, you need to pay to drink tea or hot water. Plus the room is quite small. So the owner of the hotel seems a bit mean to me.

✓ This property pretended to give me a refund to get credit card details then charged me twice Goe a booking I could not take up. They were reported to booking.com and they hung up the phone when booking.com tried to investigate. They have been reported to the fraud department at HSBC and I will report them to the local tourist board and local police. BEWARE.
✗ Horrible experience that wasted almost a full day of my time.

Bordeaux’s perfect stay
✓ We adore our stay here. So easy to find and close to the train station (yet such a quite area for sleep). We arrived late and we were assisted through phone call/email on how to check in to our room which was perfect. The room itself was so beautiful and clean. It had all of the essentials for us such as a fridge, charger ports beside the bed and the terrace with easy accessibity. Staff were fantastic, they kept in contact with us if we needed bed changed or towels etc. 100% will be back

Villa Segur is a lovely boutique hotel! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
✓ My room was clean and large with a comfortable bed. The area is very quiet, despite being a short walk from the train station. Will definitely book here again on my next visit to Bordeaux! The staff are very responsive and provided clear instructions for my late arrival. They even booked a taxi for me.

✓ Lovely bathroom and location was ideal as I was travelling on from St Jean Train Station. The staff were very nice and it was easy to get in and out of the building.

Hello, to walk from the Villa Ségur to the centre of the city it will be approximately 25 minutes. There is also a tramway station at 2 minutes from the Villa Ségur who can take you to the centre of the city in less than 15 minutes.
