A 5Star branded hotel and one of the best chains I felt secure and well looked after so yes I will

✓ Breakfast is abundant but the service left a lot to be desired. I often had to ask over and over. It simply fell on deaf ears. One time it was the restaurant manager who saw to what I needed thankfully he was very professional.

✗ Some of the staff didnt perform as they should on such a property. Also the cleaning of the room left a lot to be desired. The soap trays were not cleaned and the mirrors in the bathroom were not either.

✗ Unfortunately that’s the worst four seasons I have ever stayed in, the hotel is not bad, the rooms are nice BUT the service is not a four season service at all. I requested a non smoking room even wrote an additional email 1 night before and told the reception upon checkin again I need a non smoking room, than they brought us to a smoking room, they directly changed the room after I complained but it’s still unacceptable. The next day housekeeping came 3 times in my room “by mistake” or to check something. Otherwise the staff at the hotel is not very friendly specially in the F&B outlets. In General the hotel is ok but not four season standard.

Great staff, room and location

✓ The best part of the hotel is the staff. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Roa'a at reception went out of her way to recommend and book restaurants for us. The rooms are renovated, pool is kept cool in the summer and the breakfast was generous.

Excellent hotel with outstanding cheerful & helpful staff

✓ I loved the smile and welcome of each staff member . Very pleasant all the time
