✓ Location was great. Right at free shuttle stop #5 and just a few steps to a grocery store and restaurants.
✗ They offer free breakfast tickets for a restaurant out front but I never used it because by 8 AM it was packed with a long wait.

✓ The location is amazing. 5 minutes from entrance to Zion. Huge red rock mountains all around. It was especially delightful to enjoy the scenery from the pool.

✓ Location is on the Zion shuttle route so very convenient. The property has views of the red mountains with chairs outside each room. The breakfast choices were very good and the staff were helpful and friendly.

We are 1 mile to the Zion Visitor Center and main entrance to the park. We do not offer tours, but the shuttle system picks up directly in front of our property.

We have the lobby where guests can sit and talk, BBQ & lawn areas, & also the area by the outdoor pool. If requested in advance, we can also have your rooms next to each other so you can sit outside on your patios and talk.
