✗ I went to have breakfast and was told that unless I’m with the large group booked in I can’t have breakfast on site. I was very very disappointed.

Hello there, For non-refundable prepaid bookings, the hotel does charge the card once the booking has been made, for bookings with free cancellation bookings are paid at the time of arrival to the hotel. Thank you

I would advise you to check in on the 27th instead of the 28th because if you booked it on the 28th, the earliest time you can check in is at 2PM (1400).
