Hello. What is the check in procedure? What is meant by wifi being available in public areas, do you have to go outside your appt to use it?

Checked in is sent by sms a day prior to arrival once your bond is processed. WIFI is available throughout the apartment.

Question 3

Hi, is it possible to access the apartment during the night (quietly)? We are supporting participants in an overnight event and will likely come back late Friday evening, and potentially early hours of Saturday (and returning before checkout).

The apartments are 24hr accessible. The street level doors can be noisy to open/close but are on the other side of the building to the bedrooms. The apartment doors can be opened quietly. We ask for quiet between 10pm-8am. Hope that helps :)

When reserving thought the apartment was on one floor, but now thinking perhaps the bedrooms and bathrooms are upstairs.  We really want the apartment to be on one floor.   2 guests in their 70’s and my husband is 97 and I am 81.  Thank you.
