perfect location, clean and comfortable place, required kitchen equipment were prepared, balcony was spectacular, communicate with owner or responsible person was easy and enjoyable

If the property had an seperate bedroom it was all perfect

This apartment has everything you need for a perfect stay in Yerevan! The balcony is huge, it has a washing machine with detergent and drying rack, fridge, stove, wifi, TV. (For people with long hair - the water pressure in the shower is nice and strong!)

It was missing a wine bottle opener :)

The apartment was really cozy and balcony was really good. Not that you have a nice view, because of the constructions. But it was good to have a place to relax.

Everything was ok. Host was always online and any question was answered really quick. Just a little note, that maybe wifi password can be available in the apartment. But that's not crucial because host gave it to us when we asked him.
