A lovely place to stay with staff who made me feel very welcome and well looked after.

✓ It’s peaceful and it has a lovely pool. Conveniently close to shops and restaurants and the breakfasts in the morning were very tasty. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. I felt very secure as a solo traveller.

Peaceful with amazing staff

✓ I booked this stay as I was after somewhere peaceful and quiet after the busy noise of Nusa Lembongan. The suite was lovely and quiet and it was absolutely huge. The service was exceptional. The staff were all wonderfully accommodating, kind and attentive. Loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea service. The pool was lovely and the property was very clean.

✗ The price point is high as the property is now quite dated. The decor is very 90s and it detracts from the beauty of the property. Painting the rooms all white and having white bedding would do so much to update the accommodation. The inevitable repairs need doing but that's most properties in Bali.

Outstanding stay if mosquitos were not a problem

✓ Very friendly staff and excellent service with breakfast and afternoon/evening tea. Crepes were delicious. Wide variety of choices for breakfast. Villa ambience was outstanding

✗ Too many mosquitoes in and around the villa. Many displays and features around the compounds have standing water which probably increases the opportunity for mosquito breeding. No hot water in shower on 2nd day

Stunninng mix of Balinese and Japanese style for a very comfortable private escape

✓ What a gorgeous property with individual villas decorated in a stunning mix of Japanese and Balinese styles that made for a true vacation from my vacation as I had a long day and a half layover between flights. I stayed in the Kecak villa in the back which was completely quiet except for a few lovely birds, a welcome respite from the main tourist road through Sanur. The main living area was open air with a large welcoming plunge pool and private cabana for cooling off before the arrival of afternoon tea. I enjoyed one dinner and daily breakfast delivered in this stunning setting, a true escape, feeling as if I had stepped into a different world before flying back home. The bedroom was huge with plenty of seating, storage galore, a separate outdoor garden and seating area & a wonderful indoor outdoor bath area, so artistically decorated and supplied with everything you can think of. Did I mention the kitchen, fridge, water tank, and the possibility this could be a 2 bedroom villa? A perfect stay.

✓ Staff are helpful and friendly, clean, lush gardens & pool, great food. Banana pancakes are the best. Free bicycle use, free airport transfers, doesn’t get much better.

A tranquil, well-serviced experience with staff available to meet every request.

✓ Room standard was excellent and the little touches were perfect - knowing when the turndown service would happen each day, the fruit and drinks on arrival, the pyjamas supplied with the room and the lighting and aircon ready for guest arrival. The free bicycle and in-house transport to the local area were a big plus.
