✓ This property used to have the best service however it is lacking now. This includes from when you arrive to the service in the breakfast dining room. Still a lovely place to stay but the service is not exceptional as it once was.

Disappointing stay. Most staff needs to be trained or competent & capable people need to be employed!

✓ The property itself is in good condition.

✗ The service we received has terrible, on arrival we requested an iron in our room, it took well over an hour for the iron to arrive. On Sunday morning we tried to call reception for over 30 minutes, there was no answer. My husband eventually walked down only to find a flustered trainee at the desk, the only person on duty & had very little knowledge on what to do. The lines at the buffet were long, food was very average. What a shame this disappointing visit was, as when we last visited the hotel a few years ago we had a memorable stay.
