✓ The upgrade, looks fresh and elegant.
✗ The faulty shower head that hasn't been upgraded for 15 years, but the rest of the bathroom was. The hedge trimmer that started at 7:15 am and the smokers that chatted loudly next to my room at 8am.

✓ Much better than 'Motel' implies. Really clean, comfortable, spacious. Generous coffee/tea/milk. Huge comfy beds, nice shower. Absolutely central but still not in a loud corner. 15m to beach, great breakfast across the yard. Fantastic hosts. Ten, because I cant give eleven.

Hi, We only have 1 room left. It has a maximum occupancy of 3 people. Is that OK? We don't usually do checkout on a public holiday, as we have no housekeeping staff availalbe. If we do, there are a cleaning surcharge.
