wonderful week for this OH couple @ the very end of the land in st. petes beach - quiet and restful.

✓ location was great with views from both balconies of waterway and gulf. short distance to pool and hot tub. close covered parking and elevator. liked the living room furniture with plenty of comfortable seating. kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. the other residents were friendly and full of information about the area. the maintenance of the complex was great, and we had a washing machine problem solved the next day. all the landscaping was attractive and well maintained. we liked the privace and security around the place and especially enjoyed the boardwalk surrounding the property and water.

✗ didnt like the quality of the master bedroom mattress which was way too soft and topper kept sliding off. some of the wall decorations were remarkably cheap and out of date, and i didn't care for the 1980's wallpaper and border. also, was surprised at how low the two bathrooms counters were, almost as tho it were for the handicapped. all counters in kitchen and bathroom needed to be updated. also, the television worked well, but was quite small when compared to the size of the living room/dining room.
