Excellent stay although it’s high price and expensive.

✓ The personnel at the hotel was lovely and accommodating. The room is spacious and modern. Great breakfast.

✗ The kitchen had a slight bad odour coming from the pipes. The walls are very thing, so if you will have loud guests in the next room, be prepared to hear everything.

✗ I had a very bad experience. I had requested an airport pick up which was never sent to me. I asked for an iphone charger cause my phone was off. They did not have one and did not even try to help me although I found out later that there was a Panda store next door. The room was super hot when I arrived cause the AC was not on. The bed is not comfortable.

Torment

✓ The duty manager Mohandis is very impertinent, and needs a little attitude adjustment. House -keeping staff is equally bad - they loiter the halls outside rooms at night ringing bells for no reason at all. When you answer the door, they peel away snickering! Highly unprofessional and incompetent to say the least. The entire management should be fired from the top down. Real hospitality is miles away from the Adagio franchise in town.

scammer accommodation - very bad experience

✓ nothing to like about this accommodation. Any money is not worth it to spend on low level quality. the pictures from outside and inside are too pretty to be true.

✗ this is a scammer hotel. i arrived at the hotel bit they did not have any room for my booking. then they showed me a room like Guantanamo for special needs, filthy, rotted and anyone at the pool can look inside so you have to close the window all the time. Since an overbooking I agreed with them to cancel, contacted booking customer sevice who did not reply until today. then contacted their sales manager who informed me that he will now get into the booking backend to approve the cancellation. then I left the location to another one as it was already after 7pm waiting for their email in the dirty lobby without air-condition. at 9:30pm their sales wish-to-be-smart-manager called me informing me that de decided not to cancel and a room is waiting for me in their filthy hotel, the same room I agreed with the their reception not to be valid for human accommodation.
