Overall, most everything. Didn't care facility was undergoing remodeling, but most part it was good. Buffet needs to have more variety. Water aerobic classes were amazing (two instructors) were real friendly and fun. Wished aerobic classes were a little longer.

Some staff members at front desk not very friendly or helpful.

The beach location. Pools were good, vibe at the pool was fair

The food not good , wrong several times and very slow. No real restaurant at the facilities. Getting coffee at dunken dounuts took forever.

Its a beautiful hotel, the suite was very comfortable and easy access by rental car to supermarket and restaurants.

The breakfast options were not very good. The outdoor restaurant has many flies which affected the dining experience. My friend got food poisoning after breakfast the last morning.

The supervisor was very great he made sure I was comfortable even carried my bags because I was moved to another suite

My time was short I would have stayed longer but the sofas in the suites need to be updated

THE PEOPLE ARE SO NICE, I LOVE THE ABILITY TO GET AROUND USING THE TAXI AND BUSES. THE POOLS WERE NICE WITH LIVE MUSIC, THE CASINO WAS ACROSS THE STREET, BEACH CLOSE WAS VERY CLOSE BY, ROOMS WAS LARGE HAD A KITCHEN WITH A GROCERY STORE ACROSS THE STREET, WE LOVED IT.

THE RESTURANTS COULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE BETTER BUT WAS OK.

Hi, the beach is just 3 minutes walking, and we offer free transportation as well in our comfortable golf cart to the beach.

Can I make my payments in installments prior to my reservation dates?

Hi, Yes that can be arranged.

Hi do u provide transfer from the airport and how much is it? Is it easier to get a car rental from airport or do u have car rental services?

Hi, yes, we offer a two-way transfer from and to the airport with a cost of $16 per person. Hertz car rental have a desk in our lobby, and they offer great rates.
