✓ That I had a bed to sleep in upon my late arrival at midnight.
✗ A large, USED, wet bar of soap - residential size, clearly not provided by the hotel - was in my shower. Absolutely disgusting. I could not use the shower because of this. None of the staff spoke to me or acknowledged me in the lobby in the morning.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Nice main floor restaurant with small bar.
✓ Clean hotel, nice little bar main level, good food for breakfast, service was great always. Ample parking across the street. Close walk to other restaurants.

Disappointed that the staffer couldn't help me out on my room rate charge.

✗ the issue was with Booking.com . I was quoted the rate of $250.00. I paid $329.00 which is rediculous. to have that difference in price. Also, your staff charged me the tourist tax (lodging) which other hotels negate to charge me in the Province. Also, no one could tell me if the breakfast was included with my room rate. I couldn't get access as I only had a screen shot of the booking. Please empower your staff to be able to make decisions to help guests immediately.

✓ The hotel was close to downtown and it seemed to be with good facilities but...
✗ We went out for an hour or two and when we came back there was a leak from the toilet on the above floor and it was Saturday evening, and no maintenance, We could not use the bathroom and the room was smelly, so we asked for a room change but all was booked. So they suggested us to use the other room's toilet which our friends were there and it was not an option as we had two kids who wants to go to the toilet during the night! The next day, they gave us the director emails( 2 different ones) and none of them worked! they offered free breakfast for the next visit to the 4point Sheraton, which won't happen after this bad experience. So totally disappointing experience

We are so pleased to have you and your pet as our guests! In order to ensure that everyone has the best experience possible; pets need to be kept on a leash in public areas, cannot be left unattended in rooms and can't be brought in the restaurant.

Our pool is newly renovated and reopened after some time. It's so newly reopened we haven't had time to do pictures yet!

There is no charge to hotel guests to use the Tesla charging station, or our EV charging station.

Yes we do have a restaurant on sight and it is called Frank's bar and grill, We also have a subway in the mall that we are connected to. :)

We do not have a pet daycare, but when there are 2 people at the front desk we do often offer to take care of your pet while you go out to eat :)
