✓ It's not the 1st I went there and the staff is always kind, friendly and smiling, even if I'm not speaking their language. The place is nice, clean, comfortable, useful, and the location is perfect. I'll come back again.
✗ My only neighbors were noisy the all afternoon/evening (until around 22h30) and next morning, and a lady came into my room at +- 9h in the morning (I guess to clean the room) but I was getting dressed because I was supposed to leave before 11h.

✓ The location was very convenient near the beach and the shops. The staff at the reception was helpful. The bed was comfortable.
✗ The studio was a bit smaller than l thought it would be. Didn't like that there was 1 switch for the whole studio lights. The windows where facing the emergency stairs and the other studio, where you can see people entering their bathroom. I would have liked to be offered the 1 hour late check out l needed to have a smoother morning instead of asking me 15e.

✓ The place is beautiful. The receptionist was nice. I had a very good time with friends. It's a lot of value for money. Also good location close to the beach, bars and restaurants.
✗ The view from one of the room was not great but at this price tag I think it's perfectly fine. I have not identified any meaningful weakness.

Great friends weekend in Oostende.
✓ Central location, clear communication, availability on the phone. Good beds, well equiped kitchen. Balcony is really nice to have.
✗ Kitchenware could have been cleaner. Handheld shower would be an added value, as would be a few hooks in the bathroom.

Arriving after reception opening hours is no problem at all. We will prepare everything for your arrival via the self check-in box. After received payment and your ID, we will mail the access code to the building as well as all necessary information.

It is certainly possible to opt for a late check-out. You can use your studio until 1:00 pm instead of until 11:00 am in order not to rush on your departure day. This extra service costs € 15.00.
