The best hotel in Gyumri

We liked absolutely everything!

Nothing. As an Armenian, I have been to many hotels in Armenia. Can't find any hotel to compare to this one. The staff was amazing! The shoe polish kit in the room is so rare nowadays. Thank you guys!

Huge comfy bed, spacious shower, nice location, overall cleanliness and comfort. Breakfast was basic, but it was nice to have it nonetheless.

Staff was nice and helpful, room was clean and cosy.

Breakfast, and quality of it (which was included in price) should be improved. (Even tho staff in the dining room was also very nice and polite). In the bathroom, drain was getting flooded sometimes, but not much. So, overall not big cons.
