The location is far from town. I'm used to walking long distances. But it was further than I realized. You have to call up a taxi to get to town.

Family oriented atmosphere. Nice owners. Fantastic breakfast and a wonderful location on a residential quiet street. Only 10 minute cab ride to the center of Yerevan. I will definitely stay at this property again.

Great room with everything one might need. Breakfast is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet location.

The location is a bit far from the center but still good accessible with public transport or taxi. Prepayment is not accepted, only pay at property. Shower drain was full in the room on 1st floor, so one needs to shower very fast, otherwise it would flood the bathroom.

I have booked for a Double room based on the photos on their adds. Upon reaching the hotel around 12 pass noon i have checked in and immediately had an access to my room. Furnitures were all new, appliances are working perfectly, bathroom is spotlessly clean. And the most important thing is the bed, pillows and comforter smells cleaned 😴.... The place is well maintained. They even cleaned my room without me telling them. I highly recommend Patriott Hotel....

Cannot say anything about the breakfast (9-11) because I usually started earlier (got 1-2 sandwiches + water as breakfast box). Was only there for sleeping. Silent, modern, clean room, and transport to airport (7000 local currency worked).

Only about 5 TV channels for those who watch TV (not me)
