Breakfast is healthy and tasty..staffs are nice. Especially staff on night shift and cooking breakfast. Though lacking of sleep and looks tired.. shes very nice and cook delicious breakfast..

Location is a bit far from city center.. but its fine.. as restaurant is walkable from hotel.

Service was personalized and even made exceptional by the Hotel Manager Elen, who was very friendly and accommodating. She even assisted us on what tour was good for each season. We did the city tour by ourselves since the hotel is just a walk away to the main city attractions like Republic Square, Northern Avenue, The Cascades, several parks, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was A++mazing. Best coffee ever! love love. Me and my friend actually miss Elen and the whole of Armenia. We were surprised how nice Armenians are and how beautiful this country is.

Staff was EXTRA friendly and flexible, location is not far from the centre, breakfast was decent, internet was working good as well. I even got a better room without paying extra.

The service was extremely friendly and probably that was the biggest advantage. The location was convenient and I could go to so called Vernissage in 10 minutes, what made me very happy :D

What some might call disadvantages (view from balcony at newly rising building) was not inconvenience to me as windows made room extremely silent. No things to crticize.

Everything was nice, the room was clean.

It’s 40 degree in Yerevan, and there was no a single bottle of water in the room. I wanted to ask at the reception. No one was at the reception. How?!

I came three hours before check in so they offer me a room in newly opened hotel called hotel Bloom behind of Nuryan Hotel. Location is good right next to the main Street which leads to the city center. Reception staffs are very helpful . Breakfast is good but can be better. Cleanliness is good. WiFi I didn't used so no comments. It's behind a newly opened hotel called Bloom hotel which is managed by Nuryan hotel. I always use yandex taxi to reach city centre so I can't say how many minutes by foot to reach city centre.. View from the room 301 is very good.

I think room size ..otherwise all other things very good.

Pleasant staff. The hotel is located near the city center. However, the windows of some rooms overlook the courtyard, so it is impossible to open them, and the air conditioner in the room does not work.
