✓ Great personal, very helpful and understanding. Good location, 10 min walk to the city center. Quite place.
✗ Smelly room, dirty carpet/walls. A head board of one of the bed was broken.

I was with my best friend and both of us really enjoyed our stay. Nice hotel with very nice manager Elen and a mouth-wat
✓ Service was personalized and even made exceptional by the Hotel Manager Elen, who was very friendly and accommodating. She even assisted us on what tour was good for each season. We did the city tour by ourselves since the hotel is just a walk away to the main city attractions like Republic Square, Northern Avenue, The Cascades, several parks, cafes and restaurants. Breakfast was A++mazing. Best coffee ever! love love. Me and my friend actually miss Elen and the whole of Armenia. We were surprised how nice Armenians are and how beautiful this country is.

✓ Big room, clean beds, good internet (15mb/s) without breaks.
✗ Cockroaches, other bugs. No water sometimes. Terrible noise protection. Unhygienic when preparing breakfast.
