AVOID! if you need to rest during the day.

✓ The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and large and the staff is welcoming.

✗ During my first stay at this hotel, I couldn't sleep in the morning hours because at 7 am every day the gym in the mall starts blaring. On that occasion, I had stayed on the 2nd floor, so this time I requested a room on a higher floor, and they gave me a room on the 8th floor, the highest floor. As I usually work at night, I sleep during the day and this time I wanted to recover to go out to the Wisin y Yandel concert, however trying to sleep during the afternoon in the hotel was impossible even being on the 8th floor, this time not because of the gym, but because of a CIRCUS that is located in the mall, the voice of the entertainer and the entertainment music sounded loudly in the room, as if there were no windows. The hotel is quite comfortable, but avoid it at all costs if you need to rest during the day.

Very disappointed from what was formerly one of the best hotels in Caracas.

✓ Decent Location and relatively clean

✗ the facilities have deteriorated. We needed additional water bottles in the room at 9pm and were told that since the restaurant was closed they couldn’t get us any, this from a 5 star hotel. The shower is badly designed and spilled over to the bathroom floor. The faucets are partially clogged.
