I arrived to stay at the Green Room, they had text me earlier and the key was in the lockbox. I went to escape after Covid and just have a weekend to myself. It was amazing! I didn't see a single person whilst I was there. It's very secluded with stunning scenery. Especially in the private court yard with the Spa. Hot or cold. Although it was warm I still like my spa to be a bit warm in the day. At night it cooled down and having a spa in the evening under the Starr's whilst it was raining was absolute bliss. The property is amazing. I can't even see the other cabins. Decor just as in the photos and beautiful. They left me too much chocolate, it was delicious as well as a bottle of wine. I was not expecting that. Nor was I expecting to be allowed to smoke at. Obviously not inside the cottage. However there was a lovely under cover area with 2 chairs directly outside our cottage in which I was allowed to smoke. Something hard to find these days! They had a split system, DVD player. Only downside is I couldn't get Netflix to work. I thi l it was meant to be, I read a whole book an then watched Ghostbusters on their blu ray player. They had a selection of DVD's, books and Board Games. You could also plug your own hardrive/USB into the TV. Breakfast in the fridge so I could make it myself at my leisure. Eggs, bacon, fresh bread, spreads, butter, hash browns and Juice. Along with a big range of instant coffee and pod coffee with fortunately for me Vittoria Coffee. They also had robes ( I say dressing gowns 😊) toaster, kettle, microwave, stovetop. Bathroom, shampoo l, conditioner, soap, body wash. A fantastic getaway alone or as a couple. I've already made my next booking. They also had a ceiling fan, what more could you ask for. I'll definitely be going minimum one a year for 2 nights from now on.

The small attention to detail The wine , chocolate and sherry waiting , music and a warm room on arrival. The fireplace with plenty of wood available The surrounds of beautiful nature - running stream in nearby creek. The out door hot tub is amazing. I have stayed here for a second time and will only stay here when coming to Warbuton The cottages are just so quaint and lovely.

There wasn’t any negative Couldn’t find the slippers - that wld be nice for cold nights when going in and out to avoid cold ground But I have nothing negative to say - it was a splendid stay and I look forward to staying again

The location was beautiful, breakfast fantastic. I had a lovely relaxing and peaceful time. It was what I needed for my mini escape from the world and covid. Thank you for making the space so inviting and lovely!

There wasn't a lot I didn't like, but to improve I would suggest a smaller frypan to fit the burners. Clearer signs for parking. I was a bit confused where to park. Again, this weren't deal breakers, but would add to an already beautiful place.

Cosy and quaint unit - lovely surroundings on the property, super comfy bed - huge bathroom, loved the gas log fire too. Just loved staying there and would return for sure

No space for bags or clothes - no hanging space in the closet.

Cute, private and cosy. Nice breaky provided and plenty of lovely tea and coffee. Bottle of wine was a nice touch. Very comfy bed.

The waterfall was very noisy and the outside lights stayed on most of the night (usually switched off around 2:30am) So if you are a light sleeper make sure you bring ear plugs.

The room has little touches to its decorations that are very well done, unique and endearing. The room inside was very clean, and the air freshener that made the room smell great was a good addition. I really like the kitchen set-up, it was quite complete for a holiday cottage, you have stove, good microwave, cooking utensils. Privacy as stated in the property description was accurate as I did not encounter any other guests at all, so that was really nice.

Check-in time was absolutely rigid, you can't check in even if it's only 5 minutes early. I understand early check-ins are not always easy to accomodate, but to deny a 5-minute-earlier check in seems a bit much. Although the room inside is absolutely spotless, the outside area where the spa bath is was not as clean. I was even reluctant to sit on the chairs outside. I was really quite disappointed with the spa as the temperature was just lukewarm and there was no way to adjust it. Also I wish there would have been instructions on how to use the DVD player. Lastly, there seems to be a conflicting information with their page, as in their property description, they say guests enjoy free wifi but below that in the facilities list it says no internet is provided.
