Comfortable and quite location, good for family, friends or couples, needs a few fix ups

✓ It’s a really lovely property with access to a pool area. Quite part of puerto del Carmen however, not far from the busy high street with food and shops. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place.

✗ The apartments needs proper ventilation system. The fan that was provided didn’t do much, whereas an air conditioner would be benificial for the place and would elevate its value more. There was no information about the pool cleaning times. Twice we wanted to have a morning dip in the pool but the maintenance was in there cleaning it and it sort of ruined how we planned the day. One day the maintenance didn’t finish till after 11am and it’s says in the pool area it opens at 9am. So there is missing information that would be valuable for the people staying at this place so you can plan your days. It was Monday and Thursday they had deep clean of the area. The place just needs a proper information package.

Nice relaxing break.

✓ Excellent location and well equipped apartment. Bus stop just across the way with regular buses 02/03 & 161 to Arreciffe, CostaTeguise and Airport throughout the day. Sky News available on the TV. Quiet location and handy Minimarket 5 mind walk away. 8 mins walk to main strip for Bars/Restaurants and bigger shops.

✗ No BBC or Freeview TV channels available, only English speaking channels were Sky News and Bloomberg that I could find!

✓ Location was okay.Cleaning staff and maintenance worker were friendly and helpful.

✗ The cockroaches kept me awake all night in the first apartment with the hissing noise they make when they came out at night inside the apartment.The builders were carrying out heavy building work on the building adjoining the apartment and I lost two days of holiday without being given any notice.

✓ Nice comfortable apartment in a good location set back from the front in the quiet end of Puerto del Carmen with good facilities. it was good value for money.

✗ despite numerous attempts and following all instructions neither the safe or TV worked, this wasn’t a major problem for me

✓ Very peaceful location. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with washing machine, sun all day on balcony. Pool looked lovely with plenty of sunbeds but didn't use them

✗ Not much of a view but it's very private while on balcony
