Very good

✓ The operations manager is very hands-on with client care, the bed is very comfortable and the food is good.

✗ The front desk staff does not have the best customer service manners.

The breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was lovely.

✓ The room was excellent, comfortable, clean and modern.

✗ It was expensive.

Good location especially for EPA Shopping, but I rather lackluster feel overall

✗ Pillows we’re all rather firm. There were no soft, cushy ones. There were a couple of trips in the vinyl covering on my bed, bench and ottoman and chair. The waffles at breakfast were rockhard. I thought the hotel felt a little bit unembellished and no sense of Luxe.

Will stay here again if visiting San Jose.

✓ The hotel was only fifteen minutes from the airport and downtown area. Restaurant on the premises. Escazu shopping mall within walking distance. Enclosed pool and gym.

✗ Wifi service weak from hotel room but good reception in lobby.

✓ The room was excellent, the breakfast buffet and restaurant service was excellent. Was right beside a busy highway but that could be good for some people. A little noisy for my room but ok. All staff were very courteous and helpful.

✗ I was unable to locate the airport shuttle to the hotel easily. Key cards often didn't work in the elevator but that was quickly remedied. It would be nice if there were some brochures readily available for tours and tourist activities. Nothing truly negative to say about this hotel and staff.

✓ The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

✗ The room was extremely hot when we arrived. The aircon did not work sufficiently - it stayed hot the entire stay. Also their prices differentiated too much. I booked months in advance for USD 100 a night. The same night it only costs USD 70 a night.

Peaceful, healthy, sunny.

✗ Needs some maintenance.
