Comfortable hotel to stay
✓ The room was very big and clean, the hotel is walking distance to river walk and a lot of restaurants, bars . Staff is helpful and friendly. A very good experience.
✗ The airco was a bit loud and the windows cannot be opened for fresh air. Breakfast can be better , I found the valet parking overpriced; 45 USD per night.

The staff were wonderful, the location was perfect, and will be staying again in the future.
✓ The front desk employee who checked us in was absolutely wonderful. I read the reviews prior to arrival, some of which I thought were a bit outlandish with my background having extensive experience in the hospitality industry.
✗ Maintenance- I saw some “bandaids” vs completing issues/repairs with my bathroom wall having prior leaking issues with the shower(drywall), and my fiancé’s room he noticed the ceiling in his bathroom was falling down, his toilet after the first use, ran constantly, so he opened up the tank, and fixed the flapper(his background is a maintenance engineer for short term rentals). I also noticed the shower slider track had mold in the caulking, which could be easily replaced. Training this department would improve the overall look and increase your scores with Hilton.
