Solo traveller

The lady was helpful and friendly. She stored my food in her refrigerator and cooked some eggs for me. That was kind. She always brought water for the very useful kettle. Thank you.

Cold. The double room has only a very small window to a sunless courtyard. No real natural light. It also has glass in the door and above the door so when the light is on in the common area it isn't good. A curtain over the door and paint on the glass above should help. Tap on wash basin didn't work so I had to shower, brush my teeth, wash my cups and plates etc in the shower. The other room has windows to the street so would be much nicer and probably warmer and more pleasant.
