Generally pleased with how it all worked out.
✓ Location was fantastic, very close to centre of town & eateries Plenty of room & cupboard space I liked having a fridge & sink for washing up I liked the quietude of the location during the night. When I first arrived, I thought it would be busy being on a main road. I was hardly there during the day. I liked that the shuttle was a drop off point for the airport. I also liked that there was a very good supermarket right across the road.
✗ Just a couple of minor criticisms, or feedback: WiFi did not work one of the nights I was there. When I mentioned it, I was told that the Wifi should have worked. The fact was, that it didn't! The tea cups that were provided were too small for my needs. But i made it work. I had also asked for some scissors or a sharp knife, which I was told would be delivered to my room.It wasn't. On the morning I left, the woman at reception mentioned that the knife was not delivered because I was not in the room when it was delivered. And I was not informed. I would have gone to pick it up myself if I had known. I just assumed they forgot. I just managed with what I had. I just feel it was their responsibility to let me know or give me a call at least. Re clean: I think the place is quite old and worn. It was as clean as it could be.

Fabulous
✓ Check-in was seamless and the location is just a 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Queenstown. Very comfortable bed and lovely room. It was nice to have a balcony to relax on. Complementary tea/coffee/milk in room was a nice surprise. I'd recommend Creeksyde to anyone seeking good value accommodation in such a beautiful part of the world. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.

Super convenient location!
✓ About 7-10 min walk from the town for food/bars/entertainment. There’s a small grocery store literally across the road and then around the corner there’s a bigger one! Super convenient. All the ski shuttles will pick up/drop off right out the front of the holiday park. There’s HOT water that never seems to run out and everything was very clean!!! Amenities were great - shared kitchen and lounge was very useful!

Hi There, In our Two-Bedroom apartment we have one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds and then there is a double bed in the lounge. This unit fits 6 people in total. Hope this helps!

Hi, unfortunately all of the car rentals no longer have pick up points in town so we would suggest getting it from the airport on arrival. We do have a late arrivals procedure which is sent on the day of arrival
