Great stay, great location!
✓ The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and in bedding etc was great. There was a good selection at breakfast and the restaurant is good too. I didn't eat there, but the options sounded delicious!
✗ The wi-fi in general (in Zambia) felt a bit like 90's dial-up internet. It took an hour to download Yango (uber) at the hotel. The gym could do with a treadmill.

Fabulous
✓ Friendly and professional staff, clean room and facilities, great breakfast! I actually enjoyed my stay in this hotel. The staff went out of their way to please me. I like the decorations and window blinds in my room.

Value for money, excellent service, homely staff plus a new lawn adds to the true charm of Zambia
✓ The staff was polite and very attentive to the guest experience - with Zambian charm. Very helpful professionally. The food was excellently prepared and changed occasionally to my delight. It is value for money in this part of the city. Security was good too.
✗ Sometimes the rooms (guest room and lobby) had mosquitoes. The addition of the lawn on ground floor will add colour. . The smoother transition to backup power would help with devices. The in-house room entertainment may be improved too.

Lovely staff, lovely hotel, lovely stay in a lovely city!
✓ The staff were super polite and friendly, always ready to help! Breakfast had a reasonable variety to choose from and the staff were always there to urge you to try something different! Location was excellent; right in the heart of everything!
✗ The internet was disrupted a bit sometimes. But I came to understand that it was a Lusaka issue, not just the hotel! My work was, however, not affected
