Real 4* with nice location and facilities

✓ Location. We took sea view room and it is nice. Staff was nice. Dinner was okay but tasted better over Sri Lanka.

Extremely overpriced and not worth it.

✓ Nice design aesthetic

✗ I paid for an Ocean "suite", $400 a night, and the room I was given was the size and layout of any hotel room, not a suite that is supposed to have a secondary room/ space. This was just a room! And EXTREMELY expensive at that! These prices are 4-5x more than other options around the area yet I thought would be worth it– it was not.

BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE HOTEL WITH AN AMAZING VIEW

✓ the location, the cleanliness, the friendly and helpful staff

✗ the food wasn’t so good, unfortunately the noises at night/ early morning ( I believe it is because there is mosque nearby?) that disrupted my sleep and I want too happy about that, other than that, EVERYTHING else was simply AMAZING!

✓ a nice location on an attractive beach - but, see further comments staff were friendly food was very good

✗ Buddhist temple immediately adjacent to the hotel (room 5 at ground floor and above) with load broadcast chanting from 5-6am. unable to sleep. small issues like key not working, tv not connecting, air conditioning malfunctioning should have been checked prior to our stay.

Hi, From end of November until Mid February is the season in Down south of Sri Lanka. That is the period where you get the best beaches for swimming in Mirissa.
