The property was very close to amenities. The bed was comfortable, and it was private.

The photos did show access to kitchen within one room, but it is separate.

It was very good overall. The room is spacious enough and have place for work. The bed is big and comfy. Location is good, a short walk to the metro station, 2 stops and you're in the center. Fresh bakery around the corner. Stove for cooking. Owners give all the kitchen appliances you need. Limited number of neighbors.

You have to go through owners' house to get into the room. Never had any problems or discomfort with that, but you should keep that in mind. Toilet and shower are combined in a single unit, might be uncomfortable. For me the room was very cold for a spring time. No light protection. Kitchen is in a yard.

• Location is good as the home is 15 mins walk to the Sasuntsi Davit metro station • They help me with early check-in • The Wi-Fi is good strength • The bed is comfortable • The shared bathroom has good hot-water but it takes 3 mins for it to flow the hot water • For hot weather, there is a fan in the room

• The family lives in the same place and they have more rooms to be taken by other boarders • There is less privacy of the room as the family & other boarders can see who is coming & going and also the room has no soundproof windows • There is a bird house in the common area and the birds wake-up and chirps loudly, that was the only thing I didn’t like as it wake me up • The sofa in the room could use some cleaning or a new sofa as there are holes in the sofa and it does not look clean

Good location near the railway station, quiet place, wonderful host, very pleasant people, and one of the most important things is that they trully are pet-friendly as it was mentioned on the booking page (We were traveling with cat, and mostly "pet-friendly" hosts are actually not ready to accept pets in their apartments)

Really nice people, living in the room straight in the family house.

Little bit difficult to find it. Booking.com GPS is 500 m wrong. Don´t believe it. Address: Sasuntsi Davit St 47 Yerevan, Arménie GPS 40.154731, 44.518536

Very friendly family. The place is quite and good temperature at night and the bed was super comfortable. Not far away from Sasuntsi David from where metro will bring you to the center in minutes.
