Good location with helpful staff
✓ Good location, very near to Strasbourg train station (about 300 meters). The staff were nice and helpful.
✗ Room is quite small.There is no refrigerator in the room. And the 2nd night there is no free bottle water provided.

Nice stay in beautiful Strasbourg!
✓ The hotel was located a few streets from the train station and about a 10 minute walk to Petit France and the cathedral. There are trams that can take you everywhere also within walking distance. My room was big for Europe, comfortable and clean. The staff were always helpful and courteous.
✗ The hotel is on a quiet street that some might think isn't in a nice area. I found it fine and often walked back to the hotel alone without any problem.

✓ Everything in the room was really good and the staff in the hotel were very friendly and ready to help to answer doubts regarding the city
✗ The only thing I didnt like was that they forgot to empty the trash can inside the room and I had to deal with what the previous guest left behind.

✓ Super quiet rooms. Very nice big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Very good choice of breakfasts.

✓ The hotel is close to the railway station, easy to walk with luggage. The rooms are comfortable and nicely furnished. The bathroom is well-equipped with an excellent shower. Buffet breakfast is good, although busy.

Good hotel close to the centre. Would recommend it
✓ Nice place, good breakfast. All the staff very friedly and especially the night concierge. Very nice to have a complimentary fresh drink available in the hotel lobby. Nice also to have a pool table for a relaxing chat and game.
✗ Parking place is managed by the hotel but it is separate from the Hotel, it is not possible to access it independently and each time someone from the hotel staff needs to accompany you. Staff is very friendly but this takes some time and it is not ideal.

Good morning, We have a private undergroud garage at the hotel (maximum height = 1,90m) at € 17.- per night. As the number of spaces is restricted, it is important to book the space in advance. The bikes can also be stored free of charge. Regards

We have a facility to park your motorbike. Depending on the size of your bike, if it needs a full parking spot it will be 17€, if it can be put in a smaller space the charge would be half. We still have avalaibility for the 13/07 to 14/07 as of today
