The view, the breakfast, the bbq facility, cleanliness

No jet spray in the bathroom, no ac only heater, toooo many flies as there was no net to cover the balcony door.

Stylish Boutique Hotel at a Good Price

Although a very last minute booking, my room was made ready very quickly. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Decor, finishes, style and facilities very good as well as a decent varied breakfast. Not far from main town roundabout but follow Hover Signs rather than Google Maps . Balcony was a bonus, room service appreciated, free laundry service and looks like they are making further additions and improvements.

Nescafé coffee at Breakfast - they happily provided me with Armenian. Steep unmade roads leading to the property - worth getting a taxi back up ☺️

Room is comfy, mine has a great view. Lady at the restaurant in the evenings was friendly and helpful - spoke excellent English and showed true Armenian hospitality

The hotel was nice and we had a good stay.it would be better if they added the actual photos dedicated to each room, because we were expecting we would get access to jacuzzi that we saw on the photos but it turned out it was part of another room

Fantastic building with lovely outdoor space (for summer mainly). Great views over Dilijan, best enjoyed from the balcony :-) Very friendly and well trained staff! Food in the restaurant is delicious and the drinks from the bar too! Stylish, modern decor - truly a boutique hotel!

Breakfast is good, but not amazing as the choice is a bit limited (no fresh coffee, no fresh egg dishes). If you don't have a car, you'll need a taxi to get to the hotel from Dilijan center, its quite a hike up the hill.

The hotel was very well maintained and the staff was extremely helpful. Due to some internal protests in the city we got stuck for the day we were supposed to leave, and they not only gave us our room back, but also gave us a discount on the rate given the situation. Armenia's hospitality was amazing and the staff in this hotel went above and beyond to make this a welcome experience for us. Definitely recommended!

To be honest, there wasn't much to dislike in the hotel. They did a wonderful job with their locale, service and the overall experience was great!
