not too bad

✓ the room was sort of clean, the bathroom was big enough and the shower was perfect.

✗ the room was really small, the hairdryer didn’t work so we had to ask for another one.

Everything was perfect.

✓ I do not remember the director of the hotel's name it was like "Carl", however, he was very kind, client-friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help. I was received with honor and I felt very relaxed during my stay. When I was going to check out my luggage were heavy and the cleaner stopped what she was doing to help me. I remember her having black hair and bright blue eyes, but she was very kind.

✗ I did realize that on Sunday when I checked out and stayed in the lobby until I got picked up the front desk receptionist was on a phone call and speaking to loud. I was surprised to see how professional the front desk was when the director was there and when he wasn't they were on their phone or away from the desk. However, I am still surprised of how good of a service I got from the director and his team. Even the cleaner was so excellent.

✓ Good service for checking in and out. Room was clean and beds were comfortable.

✗ They gave us the accessibility room, which I did not request. The room felt a bit stuffy. My room didn’t have a fridge.

✓ Excellent location as I was working in the area. Reasonable size room. Breakfast was adequate.

✗ A power socket was broken. Not all lights worked. Made me see that it had been a while since cleaning behind the minifridge had been done :(

✗ As I arrived at the time of many events like Paris Motor Show (Le Auto Mondiale) the prices were beyond the value of its money! The table lamps didn't work, which they are the major lighting system In high season they can simply forget to clean your room The furniture is old and needs renovation Breakfast is very moderate for 14 Euro In general, when you come for 2 nights for business you cannot afford loosing time on solving out issues related to the room, especially when you count on 4 Star hotel with high rates due to season .. you just expect that things are automatically sorted!
