The staff at Teryan Pushkin are really exceptional, incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in the annex (I guess you'd call it) slightly separate from the main part of the hotel. Our rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The air conditioning worked brilliantly, and that was definitely nice, as we were there when it was quite hot. The bathrooms were also exceptional, especially the spacious, clean shower, with excellent water pressure. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Because our rooms were separate from the hotel lobby, some back up toilet paper in the rooms would be good. And we appreciated the hot water heater and thought that it would be pretty easy to leave some instant coffee or something like that to go with it.

it was clean, calm, and comfortable. very good location. the staff was flexible and accommodating.

- the reception is in another building - 4th floor without elevator - it is not an apartotel as there is no kitchen or table to work on - check out process: had to walk 5 min with my luggages to give back the keys to the reception which is another building

the room is a big enough for a desk but they only had a small table which was too low to work comfortably with laptop. there were lost of cafes nearby so not a huge problem

The hotel is located in the centre of Yerevan, it's 1 minute walk to the North Avenue where you can dine and shop at various places and feel the lively vibe of the city. The room is spacious and has everything needed - a small balcony, comfortable beds, drawers, a wardrobe, a tea table with a couple of chairs, a refrigerator, an AC, a TV, blackout curtains, a kettle and tea cups, a good hair-dryer, bathroom essentials, stable Wi-Fi. The shower works well, and there is no problem with the water pressure. We were very pleased with the daily cleaning service - the staff leave clean towels and water bottles on a daily basis. The staff are friendly and helpful.

During our stay the hotel didn't accept payments via MIR bank card, so we had to pay in cash (most places in Yerevan accept payments via MIR cards). The reception and most rooms are located at different sides of the building, therefore if you need staff's help you'll have to walk around the building which takes around 3 minutes. Our room was located on the 4th floor of the building with no elevator, so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. Since it is the city center, at night you hear street noises, car music and loud conversations in the street - but that seems an indispensable feature of Yerevan's life.

Wonderful stay! Brilliant location - all city sightseeing points and great places to eat are pretty close, and one of the best coffee shop in the city, Lumen, with a specialty coffee just around the corner. All the rooms are located on the 4th floor of a residential building with an entrance from the courtyard. There is no elevator, but we're met by friendly host who helped us with luggage and check-in. During our stay we asked for a work desk and got it same day. There is enough space for two people in the room, fresh furniture and clean bathroom. Things for ironing are available in a hall between rooms. Moreover It was especially pleased to have a bottle of wine as a gift to my birthday from the hotel. Thank you a lot for the great time!

The hotel is in a great location in Yerevan, situated right in the city centre and with easy walking access to many of the key areas of interest. However, the street that it is on is nice and quiet which means you do no get disturbed by noise from outside. The room itself was clean, spacious, and all the furnishings and decoration looked brand new. It was in very good condition and is comfortable and practical. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, from collecting us from the airport despite our flights arriving very late at night, to providing us with useful help and information. They were available at any hour, at reception or via WhatsApp and really went out of their way to be helpful. A big thank you to everyone :)
