✓ Place was not clean. I got a room with smell of smoking.

not value for the money u spend, you will end up looking for help from service team

✓ location is near by airport, except location everything is below avg

✗ 1. Rooms and washrooms are too smelly. 2. Hotel management doesn’t have spare keys for rooms so there don’t give you keys every time you have to call them to open yours door. (security issue) 3. food is below avg, and long waiting. 4. I suggest for families get away from this hotel. 5. majority of rooms hot water issue and washroom taps are not fitted well.

✗ Bed was wet,not properly managed,uncleaned bed and linen

Since I stayed for one day I could somehow adjust. Not recommended for longer stay literally.

✓ The hotel was nearer to my work related place.

✗ The beddings only the pillow covers and the mattress cover were cleaned ones. The Pillows without the covers were in pathetic state (same informed to the reception personnel when checking out) Overall the room is not up my the satisfaction.Would strictly not recommend for couples.

✓ The best part of this hotel is, it's in the center, with easy access to Airport, my conference location (ITC), and all the basic amenity shops around.

✗ The sad part was, the room was smelling so bad, the bed was not clean, full of hair and foot stamps, the pillows were worse, and the ceiling lights were blinking and were defective. No geyser(for hot water) in the bathroom. And above all the washroom tap doesn't have a knob. So if you manage to turn it on, you feel achieved. haha.:)
