Nice hotel, close to the beach with a pool
✓ It was very close to the beach, we could see it from our balcony. There were two very nice and big pools although they closed at 7pm. It was situated in a nice area in Cannes with bakeries, shops and restaurants nearby. It was also very close to the trainstation Cannes la bocca
✗ There were ants in the apartment. Our room was very small, enough to live in but not much more. It also didn't come with a washing machine and you had to buy more toilet paper yourself

Would stay again.
✓ This fine place is what it is. A really great value budget option that's convenient to Cannes. The unexpected cherries on top came from the lovely staff and the fact that the Med is just steps away. You're on the beach in minutes! It's 40 minute walk to Cannes by the sea. It's really quiet and chilled (off season).
✗ It's very big - there must be 800 apartments and I was on the 7th floor but hey it's a great price so who's complaining? The room was smaller than it looked but i was by myself so it didn't matter. You'd be very squashed if you had as many people as they say will fit.
