✗ If the windows are open the noise from incoming planes to Heathrow is very loud - although Windsor itself is directly under the flight path so this is probably true of most places.

Fantastic
✓ Fantastic location 20 minutes walk to centre of Windsor. Lots of local shops bars and restaurants nearby. The apartment was lovely and spacious, well thought out and very modern and minimalistic. The apartment is far enough away from the main streets so the area was very quiet. The other residents were very quiet too. Lovely base for Windsor and London. Fantastic communications.
✗ Updated: Was some items that were in the apartment itinerary that were not there. UPDATED: But had feedback from the owners who told us where they were had we contacted them. The only parking spot that we were able to use was right under a tree and the car was totally covered in bird muck and other stuff. The car had to go through a car wash twice to get all the muck off. They should have stated that this could happen and give you the option to bring a cover. Updated: they are going to rectify this now, and offered a refund for this.

✗ A bit sparsely furnished in places. could have done with at least a dressing table and mirror in the bedrooms. The parking spot supplied wasn’t the best. it was close by but very tight

Yes, it is an 8 to 10 minute walk to the castle. Parking is included a few minutes walk away.
