This property was comfortable, cozy, and very convenient to Bryce Canyon National Park.

✓ It was very clean. The mattress, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The decor was dated - lamps, carpet and drapes. It’s not a large corporate outfit so I imagine it’s more difficult for them to update.

A standard hotel resort with a good location

✓ Good location. It is close to everything. They have restaurant that you can eat although it’s not that good and a little bit pricey.

✗ The family room looks weird maybe bec it’s adjoining room only. No living room. Nothing to do much there.

✓ We loved the big hot tub and we had a great meal at the restaurant. The location isn't too far from Bryce Canyonand the price was right. Hotel staff were very nice. The beds were very comfortable.

✗ The motel could use some updates. The carpet and furniture are old and worn.

✗ On check out day, house cleaning came and knocked on our door to clean our room at 830. pretty disappointing for a group of moms that really wanted a sleep in.

It had a few problems but it was very adequate and clean with nice people so I'd stay there again.

✓ Not far from Bryce Canyon National Park. Nice Staff. Restaurant on site was helpful and convenient. The individual cabins looked really nice. Outdoor Pool and hot tub on site looked nice but we didn't have time to give them a try.

✗ We had a few problems with our room. Only one room key was available and the door was tricky to open. It was difficult to control the a/c in the living room, (Room 237 - a "family" room), as it had a remote control and no instructions. Full kitchen didn't have a stove or sink. Just a fridge and microwave but bathroom sinks were close by. That particular room needs a bit more maintenance, (we found a few nails and screws on the floor, paint spots on the carpet and the curtains should be black out curtains, especially in the living room plus the shower curtain isn't long enough), but the manager was very kind and compensated us a little for the difficulties.

146 is a Deluxe King, 129 is a cottage, 124/125 is a family suite. All these rooms will be at a higher rate than the double queen rooms reserved for booking.com guests.
