Great family hotel with with nice garden , room very comfortable. Metro is just around the corner and very convenient to get into the city center. The owners are so friendly . Owner helped to organize excursions and recommended buying souvenirs. Very thanks. Everything was perfect.

Great hotel with pool and garden, I loved it. The woman from the hotel (sorry I don’t know your name) is very very nice. She arranged a taxi to the airport for me in the middle of the night and put even breakfast for me in the fridge. It is a very fine hotel with a supermarket nearby on a nice spot. Breakfast was fantastic. Room very comfortable.

A first rate family run choice. Spotlessly clean, a lovely garden to lounge around in & superior rooms added to the host family's generosity & care. The pool is an excellent addition to cool off in the hot Yerevan summers. Once when I out there the owner brought me out a drink - it is these little touches that make the Garden Lounge an exceptional place to stay! To top it off, an excellent breakfast is served each morning, & on the 4 days I stayed there it was never the same!

Super comfortable hotel. Friendly staff. We got two separate rooms where there were double beds at first, but after asking us to separate them they made them separate, it's very good :) On the ground floor there is a dining room where you can make tea and sit at the table for breakfast. We moved out early in the morning, so our breakfast was packed in separate boxes, for which I thank them very much! Very close to the airport - 15 minutes.

The house is probably above the metro line, so you can hear a little train movement. But at night they do not work so sleep does not interfere

Facilities:Good ones Wifi:Good Location:Suitably located in a quiet street but reachable to services Breakfast: Very basic Cleanliness: They don't clean rooms during a stay- even if you stay more than 3 days. I asked 2 times to have my room cleaned and all they did was taking the trash out.The housekeeper was greatly upset that I asked to have my toilet cleaned,she didn't even flush the toilet ,NOTHING. When you pay 10.000 a night for a room you expect at least to be cleaned but not in this hotel. Hosts:There's a host lady who serves breakfast and check you in,gives a very negative vibe.

Dear nameless lady! However you was the only negative guest we ever had( I think there is no need to explain what I mean) ,we did our best to make your staying in our hotel pleasure! Your room was cleaned every day and very well,however you said don't disturb me !We every day offered you our help if you need somthing.You always said you don't need our help! Our guests very important for us ,and you was not an exception,but you came to our hotel with negative mood,I don't think it was because of us,as you liked our hotel at the first ! Anyway our guests are very important for us )
