✓ The location and adult pool are always amazing. Most of the staff were great and accommodating. The whole vibe a scenic views is what I like the most about this place.
✗ The amount pool wait staff was very insufficient. My group and I had to ask several times to place an order over the span of 30 min. One of our friends got angry and forced someone to take the order. The bday dinner waiter either under qualified to be a waiter of just didn’t care to be there. Lack of attentive service, missing parts of our order, no plates or serving ware for the cake we brought. I didn’t make a deal of it to avoid a negative distraction to my partners bday, but it was bad. There use to be more vegan options I thought. Like there use to be a falafel option I think for the pool. Where did this go? The eggplant dip was awful by the way. So bland, over blended and no flavor. We normally have a great time and have never complained. This was not the best experience.
✓ Room had been newly updated. The views are spectacular and the food was delicious. Pools are stunning.
✓ From check in to check out everything was great. I have to mention Joseph at the front desk was amazing, couldn’t of been more helpful and he upgraded our group upon arrival. He was definitely a highlight of our trip. The food at this hotel is of a high standard with great staff especially Alan who was our waiter at our last meal who had great recommendations and was very accommodating, however all the staff across the hotel where fabulous and attentive. I could not recommend this hotel enough, I have stayed at this hotel many of times and these standards have been up kept with each stay.
✗ there was very little I didn’t like about this hotel, everything was fabulous
✗ Adult pool and a jacuzzi were closed. While in cabana on 7/18/22, there was a work crew jack-hammering adjacent to the family pool.
