✓ Basic but clean. Good location, close to the public transport. Parking available which was a big plus for us.

✗ We had an alarm in the room and the security guy ignored us and didn’t help.

At most an OK stay in Turin

✓ Staff: They were very kind and friendly and helpful to us. This was the best part of this stay. Breakfast: It was OK as it was a mix of cold cuts, cheeses and sweet stuff together with orange juice and various types of coffee and bottled water. Room: The beds were comfortable. Bathroom: There was always hot water running.

✗ Breakfast: The dinning hall was quite small and often if you are around 08;00 am you might not have where to sit down and have your breakfast. Room: It was quite small, and the windows were a bit hard to open. The electrical sockets were very badly placed and insufficient. Bathroom: The toilet was very poorly placed, and it didn't flush very well. Also, unlike other stays I had in Italy, this one was lacking a bidet. The shower cabin was very small and I could barely manage to get things done. Location: It is quite distant from bus stops.

✗ It was really helpful if there was some dishes like glass or cup inside room, also maybe a water boiler would be a plus.

✓ the receptionist was so good and helpful. price was good if for Torino. breakfast was perfect.

✗ only there wasn’t a separator between toilet and shower. after you get shower toilet get full of water.

Hello, no shuttle from the hotel, but you can take taxi or public service shuttle bus. It will take you to the city centre and then you can take the bus 58/ to the Hotel.
