wonderful

✓ It was a great trip! The hotel is economical, but very comfortable. The location is opposite the bus station, and a 15-minute walk to the sea. The staff is very friendly and the bar is great. There is also an elevator and convenient ramps, which was an advantage for me.

horrible experience, try to scam

✗ Since I arrived in the hotel, I noticed a not helpful attitude by the staff. I was charged the price of the room even if I thought that it was already charged when reserving (by the way, I was charged 30 euro even in booking the price was appearing as 29 €, but it doesn'n matter). A friend of mine visited me less than 30 minutes and I had to pay 20 euro more, as she stayed the whole night. The hotel was full of mosquitos and other insects (I have also videos proving this) and when it was 6 am, as it was impossible to sleep, I did check-out, telling to reception how bad was the experience. In response of that, instead apoligizing, the staff of the hotel tried to tell Booking that I didn't show myself to the hotel, ignoring any customer care and fairness rule. I do not advise anyone to go there!

Affordable and u convenient

✓ Very basic accommodation, clean, good size room, private bathroom, toiletries, free WiFi, very conveniently located next to the bus station and 3 large supermarkets - all the things i was looking for. Very early check-in was also accommodated.

✗ Guests need to check in with the reception each time they go in or out. The keys need to be left at reception when going out.

Good value, traditional pension

✓ Good value, traditional pension. Basic but functional, clean and friendly. The attached restaurant serves good food at good prices. Very well located for the centre and the bus station just across the road.
