✓ Location is very good, great staff, all the necessary facilities in the room.

✗ Noisy - you hear everything in the hall. The walls are thin. During the night it was quiet, though. It was cold in the room, but I think you can ask to switch on the heating. I didn’t ask for it, as for one night that was ok for me For one night it’s a good variant.

✗ I was on the first floor and was quite noisy there. Every morning I was awaken by the reception's conversations, or some metal clanging that I couldn't figure out where was coming from. Window was facing the parking so I couldn't really leave it open for long. The location and the hospitality was good, though. .

Overall I recommend it.

nice affordable place in the city centre

✓ simple nice hotel close to main attractions but not in noisy street. Opera and Cascade 10 mins walk. room was clean and comfortable with all necessary things. friendly staff

✓ The hotel is situated in the central part of Yerevan. One km from the centre. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. The room was tidy, and the bed linen was clean. The bed itself was comfortable enough

✗ The bed stood in front of the door, and the light and noise from the hall came underneath into the room. The hot water in the shower runs not right away. You have to wait till it becomes hot enough to wash. Curtains are a bit narrower than a window. The light in the morning comes in. And there is no breakfast! One shall take care of that.

✓ as we stayed only one night there, our room faced the reception, which was kinda weird as we heard people walking by and opening the doors next door. the room was clean and the facilities were good, the location was good and accessible to many places. but it was also pricy to the quality of what we have received.
