Very pleasant stay at a beautiful and spotless hotel. The staff goes above and beyond!
✓ The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They were ready to answer all questions and ensure we were having a pleasant stay. One night when the cab didn't arrive, they went out of their way to drive us to a restaurant reservation showing that they can go above and beyond. Despite being a pet friendly place, once they saw how terrified I was of their cat, they did everything to help me feel more comfortable and that was enormously appreciated. Perla, Benito and another young man at the front desk were the BEST!
✗ A bit more variety at breakfast with some of the pastries and breads that are typical to Oaxaca.

✓ Everything was excellent - personnel extremely nice, perfect location. The hotel is very nice, chic and super clean. Highly recommend it!

Well appointed hotel within 10 minute walk to the center of Oaxaca.
✓ Good location within walking distance to the center of town. The hotel is clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. TV did not work even when the front desk person came down to adjust it.
✗ VERY hard bed. No coffee/tea or other drinks (other than water) available. No mini-fridge to keep own drinks cool. It would definitely are a plus.

the perfect place in Oaxaca for a comfortable stay.
✓ This was a beautiful property in an excellent location. It was easy to find, quiet, and accessible. the rooms were fantastically designed and quiet, the bathroom and amenities were wonderful and the staff were excellent. Ruben was especially helpful. an added benefit were the friendly pet dog and cat roaming the property providing plenty of entertainment.

Hi, You don’t need to worry. At the airport you may take two kinds of shuttle: a private one or a group one. The first one drives you directly to the hotel; the second one is in a van shared with other tourists lodged at nearby hotels. Both safe.
