The hotel met all my requirements and is absolutely value for money. Additionally, when my plans changed, the hotel and booking.com team agreed to change the dates of my booking: that's look awesome. The breakfast was good, room number is clean and large.

Breakfast is great. Views from our room & breakfast lounge is excellent, we are on the 6th floor. Bed & pillows are comfortable & huggable🥰soo soft. You can ask help all in the receptionist to book for you a taxi if you don't have a local sim card. Management also extend to lend😁us money for our taxi bill because driver doesn't have changed & it's already late night...we gave it then the next day. Overall are good.

Sometimes we need an aircon but it's not working because maybe of the season? We managed to open the window even at night.

Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff.

Problem with water (i.e. none on first morning). The problem was in the locality, not just the hotel, so beyond their control. Location was a bit out of main area, but easy access with low cost taxis which reception were always willing to arrange.

I was very very impressed. Reception staff and bar-staff and cleaning ladies were extremely friendly and polite. Especially the woman at the reception that also spoke a little greek. 💯😊 Also, it was very clean and the view from the room but also from the skybar was spledid. And the pool was looking good. Plus the carpet in the room was soooo comfortable and beautiful!

I was upgraded to a better room, the internet speed was amazing, a girl from the reception was super nice and helpful. There are lots of free kits waiting at the bathroom, as well as many towels and bathrobes.

The breakfast was very basic and I ate only 2 of 6 times there: A security was looking at the guests as if we were criminals - every time I approached the reception, the guy from the security immediately walked towards me, that was neither nice nor discreet. I had an early check out and I wasn't offered a take away breakfast.

Nice breakfast with diverse options. Superb staff, everyone was very kind and helpful. The place was clean and well kept.

If you plan to stay at Hotel in evenings you might want to avoid rooms at 6th floor. There're event parties hold at the top floor with quite loud music.

The staff is really friendly and will do everything you ask for. The location in not so far from the city center, near the hotel is a big market where one can find various Armenian delights. The room was clean, breakfast is also pretty standard (with seasonal fruits). Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

Right near the hotel there is a huge building which is being constructed. The works will presumably last for quite some time (as there are only walls there). Though it wasn’t noisy (or maybe we just got lucky).

We liked the stay very much, Alex and Elena who were managing the front desk were very helpful, polite and friendly, they helped us with PCR test also. there is a very sweet dog - Bikki, without whom, the stay would have been very bland. The restaurant upstairs had exceptional views of the city, and furthermore, the breakfast was good, delicious and fresh...
