Good place for one night

✓ comfortable bed, room, mosquito net (fundamental!!), and the lagoon was lovely

✗ Toilet and shower were really DIRTY and I couldn’t use it until the day after. Also the place was very crowded of people and so a bit noisy.

✗ free shuttle wasn’t reliable. We nearly missed our bus as the shuttle never showed up. Luckily one of the staff members gave a group of us a lift in his truck.

✓ The location just in front of the lagoon is perfect, in the nature and quiet. The food in the restaurant is very good.

✗ The service could be improved. For example, one of the beds didn't have a bedsheet to cover the mattress and we couldn't find anyone to contact about it. Also, breakfast was promised from 8:30 but wasn't offered until 9, and the offered transfer to the city was very unreliable. Better call a taxi.

We have exclusive parking for guests.

Is your private beach next to the property or do I need to use a means of transportation to go there?

We have two rooms, one property in the lagoon and another property in the city center. In the same way, we provide transportation to the beach, for free or otherwise, when staying at the private beach, you can walk a few steps and enjoy the palapa and kamastros.

When is the best time to visit your property for the perfect beach holiday?

It is better to spend the weekend, Easter holidays that we have in Mexico, I doubt they have a few days like this, you can also enjoy the summer holidays.
