The perfect cosy getaway
✓ Jessica was super friendly and helpful. Our cottage was so cosy, perfectly clean and comfortable. We were in the 'forest' cottage, tucked away at the back with a gorgeous view of the forest around. So peaceful too! Everything was perfect and we would love to stay here again in future.
✗ Honestly I have no complaints, I would recommend this 100%, this is a gorgeous stay.

✓ We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage, as it's immersed in a beautiful natural environment. It was wonderful to have peace, ( absolute) and listen to the wildlife around us Loved the fresh bakery bread delivered to our door. Such a thoughtful surprise.
✗ Just a small recommendation: We seemed to have very little bench space once a few things were unpacked for a 3 night stay. We loved the vibe in the cottage! On arrival Sally explained everything, and we felt right at home. Also, the couches were not very comfortable nor ergonomic. Just a mention, for those who have any back issues, or need to be in for cold winter days. Thank you. We look forward to returning soon.

✓ Very quiet, beautiful retreat surrounded by forrest. Very nice cottage overhaul, well equipped with love to details. Nice bathroom with private hot tub ❤️ Loved it very much!

The picture with the leather sofa represents the current sofa. We are having new photos taken on 20th December 2023 as we have recently invested in all new beds (king rather than queen) and new couches and various other improvements. Thank you.

We usually clean between check out (11am) and check in (2:30pm). However we could make an exception and offer check in from 1:30pm. We can offer checkout at 12pm. If we are able to extend we can advise on the day. Thank you.

We usually provide check in anytime from 2:30pm (we can offer a little earlier upon request and later is no problem). The latest we can offer check out is 12:30pm as we need time to clean the cottage before the next guest.

Our guests usually check out at 11am and check in at 3pm. For a ‘day booking’ we can either offer a booking from the night before with the latest check out time of 1:30pm or we can offer a booking on the day with an early check in of 12:30pm.

Dr Fourie, All cottages are free-standing and they all have their own hi-speed WI-FI modem. I am not sure about whether it is a smart TV but I do know guests can watch Netflix without any troubles. Thank you, Jessica - Arcadia Cottages

We have recently purchased 4 new wifi modems. Each cottages has its own Hi Speed Modem and the property also has 100NBN. We have ensured there is high speed internet connectivity now for all of our guests. Thank you.
