Price The fact that this is a one (group) person hotel, it is an appartment😂

Near to the Sevan lake. The daughter of the owner spoke English. The double bed was good. Everything was simple but clean and the flat was very spacious. You can heat the flat with radiators. It is neccessary because it is cold in Sevan especially in the evening/night. Good bathroom.

Location directly at a mainstreet - noisy from the morning until the evening with the windows open. In the night it was okay. The two sleeping rooms have no own windows.

The bussy road, the grey environment. A place to sleep and leave as soon as possible.
